How does bulk pricing work?+
Per-band price drops as quantity climbs. Your free concept comes with a full quote at the quantity you're targeting.
Can I split one order across two designs?+
Yes — per-design minimums are included with your quote. A common split is a comp-team edition plus a staff/coach edition on the same order.
Do you handle fulfillment for merch shops?+
We ship to one address per order. If you need drop-shipping or per-member fulfillment, mention it in your concept request and we'll route to a fulfillment partner.
What file do you need for our team logo?+
AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF is ideal. High-res PNG or JPG works — we re-draw it for knit reproduction and show you the result in your free concept.
How far out should we order for a comp?+
Plan around eight weeks from concept request to comp day: two business days for the concept, about a week for revisions and approval, then 4–6 weeks for production and shipping.
